Mask Up

Masks are required in all healthcare facilities regardless of vaccination status. Please be sure to wear your mask over your mouth and nose when you enter our buildings, and rest assured, our staff will do the same.

And remember, if you are not feeling well, or if you have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, you need to reschedule your appointment. Please call our office at 847-362-1848 and select option 2 for appointments. If calling after hours, select the non-emergency line and leave us a voicemail with your name, date of birth, and a number to call you back to reschedule your appointment.
